Subject: Fibro I got sick and down, saw every doctor in town, all they could say: rest, de-stress, and worry less. So I rested, and not much changed. I de-stressed, and lost my job. I tried not to worry my friends, cause I couldn't keep up, I prayed for peace, and hope. Written: 010105-02
Subject: Fibro Lack of sleep, one doctor says, Stress, another asserts, Lose some weight another intones, Its all in your mind, the specialist says, I can't help you anymore they all reply. Sleep, eat right, exercise, and lose the stress What about the fog? Take a med to sleep, Take a med to wake, The meds made me fat, Exercise hurts, What stress? It hurts too much to work.
