#Duosoma and #Duotrope are a submission tracker and portal. Authors can upload submissions to open markets free. If the market has a box to be checked, they can track those submissions to be reported in Duosoma's numbers.

The currently open submission opportunities page was recently updated. It now gives a title, and a line of information about the market. The calendar view can be useful. However, it is difficult to determine if the market is opening, or closing, on that date. There are paid options for authors to upload items, and search for opportunities that are not currently open.

Many fiction and drabble markets have a direct link to their Duotrope page that can be viewed, whether or not the market is open.
