Dragon's Vale was painted, and someone asked for the story to go with it. So I wrote the short story, Dragon's Vale, and it is still awaiting a publisher. This painting was completed in 2023.
In the painting, a purple dragon with a triangular tail sits on land, with a tree beside its head and a large stone in the river beside it. The sky is blue. The grass is green. And new growth is on the tree.
Dragon's Vale is a fun short story where the dragon is searching to find their place among family and friends.
