Apple and Ginger Ale Cider - Allergy Free CookBook

Updated: Sep 17

Apple and ginger ale cider is a great alcohol free drink for people of all ages with an irritated throat. It's good on a frosty evening to warm up. The apple juice may be heated for 30 seconds, if needed, in the microwave. Small children may enjoy this drink without concern of stomach irritation. It may also be one of the first drinks they make for themselves. For a really bad sore throat, an ounce of whiskey can be added for those adults who can have alcohol. Alcohol may react negatively with medications, so avoid if on any medication.
